AI Agent Buildout

Build Your AI-Powered Marketing Team

Custom AI agents built on the Hermes platform, trained on your business, and owned by you. Streamline your marketing, strengthen valuable relationships, and remain consistently visible, all without hiring and managing a large internal marketing team.

The Marketing Challenge

Most companies understand the importance of consistent marketing, but execution often breaks down. The result is a marketing system that is inconsistent, reactive, and overly dependent on human effort.

Inconsistent Output

Content creation is sporadic. Expertise is rarely turned into thought leadership. Important relationships are overlooked.

Neglected Opportunities

Leads and contacts are not consistently nurtured. Marketing knowledge is scattered across people, documents, and platforms.

Resource Constraints

Teams lack time for every important activity. Too many processes depend on someone remembering. Hiring a full team is expensive and difficult to manage.

The Solution

We will build a customized AI-powered marketing team for your business — designed to execute repeatable marketing activities with minimal human involvement.

Built on Hermes

Agents run on the Hermes platform, connected to the tools and information required to perform their responsibilities.

Trained on You

Customized around your company, brand, voice, audience, offers, and priorities — not a generic AI tool.

Owned by You

You own the underlying infrastructure, systems, and agent environment. Flexible enough to support additional tasks as needs evolve.

Your AI Marketing Infrastructure

Rather than providing access to a generic AI tool, we are building an internal operating system for your marketing. The objective is to create AI-powered digital employees that become more useful and valuable over time.

Custom Environment

Your Hermes environment, custom agents, workflows, and brand voice training materials.

Business Knowledge

Strategic context, connections to approved tools, and processes for reviewing and improving agent output.

Team Enablement

Documentation and training for your team, plus a foundation that can support additional agents in the future.

Agent #1 — Content Agent

The Content Agent establishes consistent thought leadership and increases your visibility in the market. It is trained to understand what you believe, how you communicate, what you want to be known for, and what messaging to avoid — not simply generate generic AI content.

Create & Publish

Develop long-form thought leadership, draft LinkedIn content, and maintain consistent publishing schedules.

Repurpose & Adapt

Turn ideas and conversations into polished content. Repurpose longer pieces for different audiences and channels.

Strategize & Refine

Suggest topics based on your audience and priorities. Review and improve existing content. Maintain brand voice.

Agent #2 — InRoad Engine Agent

The InRoad Engine Agent identifies valuable business opportunities already sitting inside your warm network — turning an underutilized network into a structured and consistent source of warm business opportunities.

1

Analyze Relationships

Evaluate centers of influence, clients, partners, and existing contacts against your ideal customer profile.

2

Surface Opportunities

Prioritize prospects by relevance, relationship strength, authority, and potential value.

3

Drive Action

Recommend who to contact, prepare introduction requests, and identify strategic referral opportunities.

Agent #3 — Lead Nurturing Agent

The Lead Nurturing Agent keeps your business consistently in front of prospects, clients, referral partners, and important contacts — creating more value from the leads and relationships you already have.

Nurture at Scale

Develop ongoing email campaigns, action-based emails, and segmented messaging through your CRM or email platform.

Stay Top of Mind

  • Reinforce expertise and positioning
  • Reactivate quiet relationships and opportunities
  • Maintain consistent communication with your network
  • Support long-term relationship building at scale

Additional Marketing Capabilities

Because the system is trained on your company, agents can assist with a wide range of marketing responsibilities without starting from zero each time.

Planning & Strategy

  • Campaign planning
  • Offer development
  • Strategic recommendations
  • Internal brainstorming

Content & Copy

  • Email drafting
  • Content repurposing
  • Landing-page copy
  • Webinar development

Research & Analysis

  • Customer and market research
  • Marketing analysis
  • Sales messaging
  • Vendor briefs

Completely Customized to Your Business

Every agent will be trained around your specific organization. The more context and feedback the agents receive, the more useful and accurate they will become.

Brand & Voice

Brand voice, tone, company history, differentiators, and examples of content you like and dislike.

Audience & Offers

Target audiences, ideal customer profiles, products and services, and strategic priorities.

Existing Materials

Previous campaigns, sales materials, thought leadership positions, compliance requirements, and language to avoid.

The 90-Day Buildout

The initial implementation and optimization engagement takes place over 90 days across three structured phases.

1

Month 1: Foundation

Establish Hermes infrastructure. Gather brand and strategic information. Define agent responsibilities. Build knowledge bases and begin development.

2

Month 2: Implementation

Launch initial workflows. Use agents in real-world activities. Review output. Refine voice, prompts, and automations. Fill knowledge gaps.

3

Month 3: Operationalization

Improve consistency and quality. Finalize workflows. Complete documentation. Train the team. Transition day-to-day management to the client.

How We Work Together

The engagement requires active collaboration between our team and the client throughout the 90-day buildout.

Communication Cadence

One to two Zoom meetings per week. Approximately two hours per week working directly with our team, plus one additional hour for independent testing and feedback.

What We Do Together

Gather business insight, demonstrate new capabilities, review agent outputs, train the client, incorporate feedback, and integrate agents into normal marketing processes.

Your Role in the Process

The client will be responsible for providing timely access to tools and systems, sharing brand and marketing materials, reviewing agent output, and attending scheduled working sessions.

Provide Clear Feedback

Review outputs, test workflows between meetings, and identify what is and is not working.

Assign an Internal Owner

Designate a primary point of contact responsible for the system and ongoing communication.

Share Business Context

Explain the business, audience, priorities, and goals. Provide information when knowledge gaps are identified.

What Makes the Engagement Successful

This engagement should be viewed as building and training a team — not simply installing software and walking away. The strongest results occur when both sides are fully committed.

Communication

Open lines of communication, fast and specific feedback, and consistent participation in meetings.

Ownership

A clear internal decision-maker, a designated internal owner, and timely access to tools and information.

Commitment

Willingness to test, refine new processes, use agents in real-world situations, and change existing workflows when better ones are identified.

Transitioning the Agents to Your Team

At the end of the 90-day buildout, the agents transition into the client's internal operations — functioning more like internal digital employees than outside marketing vendors.

Full Ownership

You own the infrastructure, agents, and workflows. Access is yours — not dependent on an outside agency's proprietary system.

Trained & Documented

Your team receives training on how to operate and manage the system, with documentation of all key processes.

Built to Expand

The ability to grow agent responsibilities over time. Our role shifts from active implementation to ongoing support and strategy.

Ongoing Support & Upgrades

After the initial 90 days, ongoing support ensures the system continues to evolve instead of becoming outdated after implementation.

Technical & Maintenance

Technical support, troubleshooting, agent maintenance, and workflow refinements as needed.

Strategic Guidance

High-level strategic guidance, improvements to instructions and knowledge bases, and guidance on additional marketing use cases.

Continuous Improvement

Reasonable upgrades as new capabilities become available. Assistance when systems, tools, or processes change.
